Meet Rebecca
You are not unmotivated. You are unrecovered.
Rebecca White is an Abundance Breakthrough Coach. She starts where the science does — with recovery — and works outward into love, health and wealth. The topical carnosine gel in the shop and the research library grew out of the same question: what actually gives you your energy back?

In her own words
“Nobody feels abundant at eleven at night with nothing left in the tank. Recovery isn’t the opposite of ambition — it’s the price of it. That’s why I start with the body and let the rest follow.”
Three lenses, one conversation
Three lenses, one energy account.
They all draw on the same finite capacity. That is why coaching works across all three, and why it begins with recovery rather than resolutions.
Love
Presence costs energy. Recover properly and the people closest to you stop receiving your leftovers.
Health
Load, cooldown and carnosine applied where the effort happened. A routine that survives a real week — not a diet or a training plan.
Wealth
Energy is the capital you spend daily. Mindset and allocation work — not financial advice, and never a promise of a particular result.
The path here
From running on empty to having something spare.
Rebecca coaches people through the moment they realise the life they built no longer fits the life they want — and she refuses to start with a mindset lecture. First comes the physical account: training load, sleep, and a cooldown routine that includes topical carnosine on the muscles that did the work. Then the conversation about what you want, and what you are willing to ask for. Coaching is not medical, psychological or financial advice, and no outcome is guaranteed.

The starting point
Capable, busy, quietly stuck
Most people arrive tired rather than broken — holding everything together and wondering, privately, whether this is it.
The recognition
Measuring the deficit
We look honestly at load, sleep and recovery before changing anything. Most people are not lazy — they are unrecovered.
The routine
Buffering the effort
A four-minute cooldown with carnosine on the working muscles, small enough that it still happens on a bad week.
Living it
Abundance in ordinary weeks
Energy left over at the end of the day, and a genuine say in where it goes — visible in how you spend, rest, move and love.
How Rebecca works
What you can expect.
01
Honesty over comfort — kindly, and without judgement.
02
Conversation, not prescription. You know your life better than anyone.
03
Small, repeatable shifts beat dramatic overhauls.
04
Love, health and wealth are treated as one energy system.
05
Evidence is shared openly, including what it does not show.
06
No guarantees, no hype, no invented results.
07
Coaching is not medical, psychological or financial advice.
Everyday abundance
How she actually lives it.
Nothing exotic and nothing expensive — the practices Rebecca returns to because they survive a genuinely busy week.
The four-minute cooldown
Easy movement, then carnosine gel massaged into the muscles that worked hardest. Short enough to survive a bad week.
Rest as part of the work
Sleep, stillness and genuine downtime are not rewards for finishing. They are what makes the next effort possible.
Practise receiving
Accept one thing you would normally decline. Sit with the discomfort instead of repaying it immediately.

Who it's for
Who this is for
Pure Abundant Living is for people who train, work hard or carry a lot, and have started to suspect that willpower is not the constraint. You do not need to be an athlete, you do not need to be in crisis, and you do not need to buy anything to begin.
